Isolate Unwanted Production

Over time, producing zones begin to produce unwanted fluids such as water (or even gas) and thereby increase the production of the target hydrocarbon. These solutions enable you to isolate unwanted production and thus increase your oil or gas production.
Wireline-based zonal isolation solutions have the unique advantage of having a high depth accuracy while being highly cost effective at the same time.

The High Expansion Sealing (HES) Plug

The HSE Plug is designed to run through a smaller pipe size or tubing restriction and set in larger ID casing (up to 3½ times their run-in diameter) below. The plug system has robust anchor systems and elastomeric seals that provide immediate pressure isolation upon setting in casing.
It is ideal for rigless Though Tubing Zonal Isolation including Water/Gas Shut-off operations.
Cement or other isolating media can be dumped (via wireline or even coiled tubing) to increase the mechanical and hydraulic isolation of the plug.

Temporary and Selective Zonal Isolation Solutions

The Removable High Expansion Sealing (HES) Plug
The Removable HSE Plug is also designed to run through a smaller pipe size or tubing restriction and set in larger ID casing (up to 3½ times their run-in diameter) below.
In this case, a specially designed composite platform can be dumped (via wireline or even coiled tubing) to increase the mechanical and hydraulic isolation of the plug.
Removal from the wellbore can be done with WL, slickline, tractor, and CT and does not require milling, drilling or pumping operations.

The Retrievable Tubing (RT) Bridge Plug
The RT Bridge Plug is a one trip installation, one-trip retrieval thru-tubing Retrievable Bridge Plug that can withstand up to 5000psi differential pressure and 121 degC. It has bi-directional slips that are located below the packing system which prevent well debris from gravitating behind the slips while set. A standard fishing neck and short overall length (3 feet) make it suitable for easy retrieval. A pressure equalizing valve also aids in a safe and efficient retrieval operation,

Thermosetting Plastic Plug
The Thermosetting Plastic Plug is a low viscosity liquid that hardens into a resin in the well. It contains no solids and therefore migrates easily to fill channels in the perforation, cement and formation.
It is particularly useful in plugging off open perforations, channels and cement voids behind casing and in performing partial or total plugbacks of perforations in gravel-pack completions. It can also be used to seal off leaking bridge plugs or old cement plugs.

Sand Control Solutions

Our Sand Control Solutions include the Sandscreen Hangoff and the Through Tubing Gravel Pack technologies.

Sandscreen Hangoff
High Permeability Sand Screens can be hung toward the end of tubing using the RT Packer which does not require to be set in tubing. This can be deployed via E-Line, Slickline or Coiled Tubing in a one-trip installation operation.

Through Tubing Gravel Pack
Through tubing Gravel Pack uses High Permeability Vent Screens that are installed in the casing (across the perforations) and then gravel is dumped (via wireline or even coiled tubing) to form a Gravel pack across the perforations and prevent formation sand from entering the wellbore.
